  • How does it work?
    It starts with a click. Once you book your appointment through our website, one of our Repho drivers will be notified and will be on their way to collect your device. When your device is collected, it will be returned back to our offices for diagnostics and repairs with our Repho technicians. When we have repaired your device fully, then one of our Repho drivers will be on their way to drop-off your device back to you. Oh and by the way this will all be under 1 hour, subject to availability and the condition of your device of course During this process, if you have any questions and would like updates on your device, feel free to drop us a message through our chat box on our website.

    We are based in Edgware, North West London and all surrounding areas.   • Can you provide a quote before starting the repair?
    We understand that customers want to know the cost of a repair before proceeding. We provide a free diagnostic service and a quote for the repair before any work is done. The quote will include the cost of the repair, the estimated time for completion, and the warranty offered. We will only proceed with the repair once the customer has agreed to the quote.
  • Do you offer warranty on repairs?
    We offer a 90 day warranty on all repairs. If the problem with your phone reoccurs within 90 days of repair, we will have a look at the issue free of charge. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by misuse of the phone.
  • Can I get other electronic devices repaired other than smartphones?
    We never say no. As our Repho technicians are highly advanced and are experts in their fields, we can always have a look into whatever the issue may be with your electronic device.     To run a diagnostics on your device simply means for us to carry out essential tests to see what the issue may be, this is so that we can follow up with the necessary and correct repair procedure for your device. Once we run a diagnostics on your device, then we know what the problem is and solutions follow!

    Once a purchase is made, you will receive a confirmation of your order along with dispatching and tracking information to your email.

  • Do you have a policy for data privacy and security during repair?
    At Repho, we take the privacy and security of our customers' personal and confidential information very seriously. Before beginning any repair, we first securely back up all data on the device to ensure that no data is lost during the repair process. During repairs, we handle all devices with the utmost care and use secure data transfer methods to protect against data breaches. Once repairs are completed, we securely wipe all data from the device to ensure that it is completely clean before it is returned to the customer. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of data privacy and security.
  • Can you fix water damage?
    We have experience in repairing water-damaged devices. However, the success of the repair depends on the extent of the damage and the type of device. When a device is brought in for water damage repair, we first perform a diagnostic test to assess the damage and determine the necessary repairs. In some cases, the damage may be too severe, and the device may not be repairable. However, in many cases, we are able to repair the device and restore it to proper working condition. We always inform the customer about the diagnosis and the repair options before proceeding with any repairs.
