1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the repair of mobile phones by Phone Repairs UK (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our services.
2. Service Description
2.1 We provide a repair service for mobile phones. This includes, but is not limited to, repairs to broken screens, charging ports, and camera issues.
2.2 We will repair your phone using new or refurbished parts, whichever is necessary to complete the repair.
2.3 We will provide you with an estimated repair time, but this is not a guarantee and the actual repair time may vary.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment for repairs must be made in full before we begin the repair.
3.2 We accept payment by debit or credit card, bank transfer or cash.
3.3 If you cancel the repair after payment has been made, we will retain a cancellation fee of 50% of the total repair cost.
4. Warranty
4.1 We provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs.
4.2 If the problem with your phone reoccurs within 90 days of the repair, we will fix the problem free of charge.
4.3 The warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by misuse of the phone.
5. Data and Backup
5.1 We are not responsible for any data loss or corruption that may occur during the repair process.
5.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that your phone is backed up before bringing it in for repair.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the repair of your phone.
6.2 Our total liability to you in connection with the repair of your phone will not exceed the total amount paid for the repair.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
8. Changes to these terms and conditions
8.1 We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.

8.2 Your continued use of our services following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
8.3 If you do not agree with any changes made to these terms and conditions, you must stop using our services immediately.
